They are avaialble in developer options but those are just place holders and bluetooth audio codec defaults to SBC codec regardless of what you choose. They only have SBC codec available which sounds horrible. Removing the headphone jack for promoting the Bluetooth audio and then not supporting any hi bitrate bluetooth codec ???
If they want to avoid licence fees and play cheap than they should stop calling this phone flagship. I am very dissapointed.

Its not a hole as a hole :-)
Some holes are nice to put something in but thats other story.
Headphone jack is going to its end as it was when congress a european union in may of 2012 said all chargers must been unified and we had a micro usb.
Now era of jack going out and i am glad for that.
Its not a big space it used but anything else could be used better i mean space could be used for anything else which is more important.

If they're including things with the phone that get around the problem (instead of the Apple Crapple) approach of giving you additional expenses to work around their problems then it's cool.

Who ever rights this needs to get on board with non bias, and regular statements. Not demanding that the consumer gets on board with big companies because they demand so....they should go based on what the consumer wants.

There was no space for jack.
We were forced with nonremovable batteries and we adapt onto it.
Now we are forced again.
Clever people will move along clumsy will alawys cry for something they couldnt change.
For rest of the people i recomend to open own company sell own phones like they want.
Ah sorry they cant.
Poor people will always drown in river of tears.
Look at apple for example from Iphone 7 no phone have jack and nobody care.
They adapt onto it.

Anyway you cant do anything with that like you were forced to use phones with non - removable batteries.
We were forced to accept it and we are forced again.
Same like finger print sensor which almost every mobile have.
Only good if we dont select it we dont need to use it.

IMO every phone without 3.5mm jack should have a pair of USB-C earbuds in the box.

Bigger battery is always better. No they are not an option. They are basically mandatory with devices like this.
And wow!!! Nearly 500mah!! What an extravagant amount!!! Especially being slightly exaggerated seemingly!!!
However as pointed out... the few mah they picked up by doing that is lost to while using the Bluetooth solution anyway.
