Until they sell me a set of wireless headphones that don't need charged, I'll be sticking to my reliable wired headphones and a phone that does the need a flimsy adapter. There's nothing convenient about grabbing your headphones and realizing you need to wait around for them to charge before you can start your day.

It's like there are big market for usb-c headphones.
My 90 euro phone has usb-c and no headphone jack so it's a pain to find good headphones that have that usb-c connector. So basically I need to buy usb-c male to 3.5mm female adapter/converter. As this converter was in the package description but when I got the phone there was none in it.

I don't care about Razer anyways. Very racist company anyways. Lower price for Americans then Europeans makes them racist company. Go sell your product in one region only then when you cant make the price fair for all over the world, then should not bother to sell them all over the world every region.

Removing headphone jack is like taking a step backward. Now you even have to charge your headphones? Give us an option you guys.

Do you consider the headphone socket to be 'the past'?
Until there is a connection that can offer better fidelity, then it is very much the present.
Look at all the high-end audio equipment. You don't see them going USB-C for their headphone connections...
Maybe it's the most common type of connection because it is still the best.
If it ain't broke an' all that...

And how he conveniently mentions they sell headphones for precisely this reason. It really is no different.

The phone is already teared down online and shows enough space for a jack.

This is as stupid as when Apple said that they can make phones thinner without the jack, and thus the iPhone 6s has a jack and is thinner than 7 that doesn't have one.

                BS, BS everywhere

I don't care about explanations and excuses. My wallet is headed to another brand with the same or more power, better battery, no heat problems and jack. If others can and you can't, wallet closed. Simple.

A heaphone jack cannot give extra 500mah. But it is quite dated. It is quite large or deep for the function it gives. They could make a tiny gold port for it but its too much hassle it seems

'Also, the headphone jack removal ship has started to sail, just like it did with removable batteries, and perhaps consumers just need to get on board with it. It's hard to move forward if you insist on keeping one foot in the past.'

Justifying a disposable tech future, eh? Quoted statement as obnoxious as the old "It's time to kiss the removable battery goodbye" written a long time ago.
