Apple strikes on Samsung, wants to ban the Galaxies in the US

Apple should concentrate its efforts on producing better devices than the ones they actually do. Yesterday I wanted to share a file via bluetooth with a friend but his stupid iphone would simply not accept any file transfer, only headset or something like that... Even an old Sony Ericsson got the file without problems. Really weird...

to those who say "apple has sold more than samsung":>i own 3gs and galaxysl so i'm not talking in favor of one brand.please consider the fact that apple sale points are strongly based on the fact that if you want an ios phone you do not have choice except of buying an apple phoe and you have to buy the latest model to get the most out of your phone and the ios so you have to go to a apple store and buy an apple made iphone and no consider this theory that if all android phones were made only by only one company like google or samsung or htc or...etc then what sales poit would have that company achieved that in my opinion would have destroyed all other companies and put them all out of competition so in my opinion if are trying to say "apple is selling more" you should probably consider that how many anroid phones are being activated in the same period and also consider the choices of designs and specs and brands of android phones and not having to choose one design and adapt to the limits of ios. as i said i'm using both android and ios and i don't have anything againts apple or any other brand and it's absolutely your choice and preferals to where to spend your money and find your satisfaction but please before commenting and continue in my point of view the childish and nonescence war of the brands please consider the facts

It was Samsung who was first to ask for a ban. Apple simply responded to it by filing the same thing against the Galaxy line.
