when will all these patent wars end? Apple vs. Samsung? Microsoft v. HTC? etc etc etc..? Technology and knowledge should be open for everybody! Come on, in how many ways can u design a touchscreen phone?! it's gotta be a flat bar! hey the original cell phone was a bar, those people should sue Apple..

Now apple is trying to run the US. They get to decide what people can buy if they do win this lawsuit. And don't think that they'll stop here. Next in line maybe HTC, LG, BB, MOTO, SE and so on. And US will be an iPhone only country.

If Apple is so sure they have the best product why do they bother to ban Samsung? or perhaps are they afraid that iphone owners start to realize that apple product aren't that great after all?

So the "mighty" apple company once again shows again how scared they are of competition especially Samsung. Luckily I don't stay in the USA where the public is most probably going to be denied of freedom to choose the phone of their choice. Samsung should just stop supplying apple with any of their hardware components and let them stew in their juices.
