Alien , 16 Dec 2017Just check the search criterias. If those phones are not in... moregoogles Android is spyware by nature so good luck staying away from that.
ip certification wasnt important when sony was pushing it, still isnt now.
SD 835 is just a preference for you. The latest Huawei chips are good enough.

Well that's a nice update but your filter seems to be working in opposite way. when I click on "Full" it highlights the differences and vice-versa.

the idea is really good, it's gettşng much more difficult to compare the devices nowadays.
but in order for it to work as supposed the specs of the devices must be complete and restructured.
there is quite a lot info missing or just written in another way or order.
with some rework on that the tool could do magic. :))

In the phone finder tool, once we scroll down, the name of the phone is not visible and its hard to differentiate which phone is what, thus it would be great if, the name of the phone stuck at the top even when we scroll down. Just like when we scroll on Facebook, we can still see the bar for notifications, messages and friends.

Definitely speeds up comparison time, but there is some mistakes in your database. S8 supports HDR10, same as Note8, there is no difference in this category

Alien , 16 Dec 2017Just check the search criterias. If those phones are not in... morePhones that fir into those categories
- lg v30 (perfect for content creators)
- sonys flagships (down cause bleh design perfect for high resolution display and the killer camera)
- note 8 ( the best all rounder)
Im not a fan of samsung either and i fully recognise their hardware is a notch above almost everyone else and in terms of software they are getting better dho....just look at the blazing n8
So looking forward to what sammy offers in the future
If they can make the software as fluid as a 2017 pixel itll just be icing on the cake
And also monthly updates please but although i dont really need those....since well i dont have nuke codes on my phone anyways and im not banning net nutrality

it's still to much info, why not using a color highlight on the differences, for example green for better, red for worse, and blue for neutral or non-definable
and then at the bottom of the page provide a color highlighted quick chart to compare the phones at a glance, and make the final decision

T, 16 Dec 2017I dont see LG G6 or Huawei mate 9 and 10.
I'll take Huaw... moreJust check the search criterias. If those phones are not in the search results then it means they are not good enough to be called HIGH-END flagships. Period.
Between us, I'd rather use a 3310 than a Huawei. Bleah!
The criterias are:
- availability
- IP certification
- platform - Android
- Snapdragon 835
- SD Card slot
- 3.5mm jack
- USB Type-C
I'm not a Sammy fan either, but I recognize a good phone when I see it. Fanboyism will lead you only to bad choices.
PS Chinese brands spy the hell out of you by the way. But you go ahead.

Best ever comparison tool I have seen. And I am a regular viewer of this website. Love to see updates on this site. One suggestion is to introduce giving ratings to gadgets(out of 100)of Processor, camera, screen, Price to worth etc it will be so much useful

Lol i pointed out how noone proof reads the descriptions and everything and they deleted my comment 😂
Okay here is the thing gsm arena youre the most wide used spec sheet on the market
So if you gonna do it do it right
Why on earth does it say that the s8 does not have a HDR10 compliant screen when it does and was the first phone to be certified by the HDR Alliance ?
And why is the note8 still say s voice natural dictation when when it clearly has bixbi voice
Normal people will read it and believe it so get your facts right
PLEASE
and delete my comment again and ill write it again simple people need to know thw truth
Next time proof read your spec sheets

I admit I don't use the compare tool a lot, but I use the advanced search feature and I love they added the search by chipset criteria.
These are the best phones this year:

Phone finder can show only 70 max.
There is no way of sorting the phone finder results like sorting newest to oldest.
