Put one which covers even a curves and do it again i tell you what.
You just wasted your money for a screen protector which you cant attach to your phone no matter what. For real. Sending you some examples.

    Thinks thats enough.
And i again repeat developing a curved screen was worse idea than nonremovable batteries or removing a 3,5 mm jack.
    Just one big no.

I cannot and will not buy a phone with a curved edge as you actually lose a good 2-5 mm on each side due to light glare.
It is just an additional strike against Samsung for me. First strike (potential compromise) is laggy, overbloated software, poor fingerprint placement (2nd strike) then the curved edge makes it for me too many compromises against their phones.

Why Not Charge 4? They call them High End

TheLostWanderer, 20 Dec 2017Well, it's true that it has downsides, I'll give you that. ... moreNothing holds nothing fits and if fits any case will push your screen off from phone like WTF.
            Really bad idea.
And curved screens holds only on the really bttom of the screen like 2-3 milimeters from each side. Rest of the screen is not glued to your phone at all.
            Really bad move.
Looking diferrent is sometimes great idea but this is not that case.
For me its stupid and being stupid is really difference :-)

It's mission impossible to find S8 screen protector that's actually good.
And my personal opinion is that Samsung doesn't do it on purpose, they more or less just want to make themself different from competition, and that design sells well.
But if you crack your screen - you are screwed.
I know the risks, and I got S8 anyways, just it was unexpected that you literally have no real screen protector for it...

what earphones you use in your iphone 8? i've 4 driver earphones that cost me more than 300 euros with discount. i only use also flac to listen my cds (coded them myself), that don't make me a music purist..even if i studie music from the age of 3-14 and i learn 3 instruments in the way. i also have lots of tracks encoded 24bit 192khz from old vinyl records. still i don't use my phone to listen proper music. i use it to go from A to B to listen while moving with some quality. the best if i can get it, for that propose, but is far from great. nowadays i use Spotify premium, that's more than enough to discover new artists and for listen while working. but who is me to say what it's good for you or not.

And cost much more for repairs.
You have no idea how many Shamesungs S8 S8+ and Note8 came here to my shop for repair and when the customers has been told price for fix they boughtrather other mobile with flat screen.
Paying 400 eur for a screen where whole phone cost 800 - 1000 depends on model of one of above i mentoided.
                    Like WTF.
Flat screen on flagship with similar price cost up to 200.
But its Shamesung speciality to work against people and customers.

If you liked the S8/S8+ design then you'll like the slightly newer smaller bezel design too.

Everyone complaining about the design language not being innovative enough should realise that most people don't update their phone every year. As 1 or 2 people alluded to the S9 is for S7 customers to update their 24 month contract device, not for S8 customers who want a refresh.

plus. I do agree that the DAC in phone is horrible in comperation to a PC's DAC. and I've got the best soundcard possible there. but still. NOTHING can replace a 3.5mm jack.

So many people like curved screens and can't go back once they try them. That's why Samsung makes it - it sells well. And looks good too.

Kiyasuriin, 19 Dec 2017The sound when transmitted through Bluetooth is worse than ... moreso you value good listen (cable) and you use a phone to get a proper sound? and in the same sentence? that doesnt make any sense. if i want to listen to good music. i use my denon AV connected to my 5.1 B&W speakers or my monitor headphones. phone is just for moving around you will get to many outside interference to get a proper listen not to mention the DAC is not that great..even if they say it its..ive an htc u11 and 10 that have top dac..for a smartphone....it cant compete with my external dac that i use in my computer or my AV. when using the phone i use the earphones provided from htc that are above average and have noise cancel (i know it reduce quality, purists hate noise cancel..but also purists dont use smartphones to listen to music...). so really just saying that 3.5 is a must..in a smartphone...is sad...try the eadphones provided from the companies that removed the 3.5 jack first...then do your comment.

Changing the design language every year gets confusing for buyers and it'll also just lead to rushed halfassed solutions.

What a let down - if it pans out to be true. Genuinely annoyed to find myself in the 's' or 'tock' year for my upgrade. Will either wait a year or just try out another handset. Let's see what other manufacturers pull out of the bag next year.
