apple are running out of ideas. like Eddie V. mentioned. everyone else are into far more advanced technology.
and what's with facetime? everyone else had it in place before iphone 4 came about. you just gave it a name.
still want to sue everyone? i suggest samsung and lg pull out from supply apple with parts.

htc makes smartphones before apple iphone 2 is from 2007 and for example htc p36009 (year 2006) is similar as shape like the phones on the market today,and the most components in iphone are from samsung lg or foxconn

I remember Apple had really great computer systems a long time ago. I guess when they branched onto phones they were only thinking short term. So now they are stumped onto thinking what else to provide in terms of technology to the customers. So when they came out with the ipad I guess a lot of us thought of a larger version of the ipod. Now we all think that its another name for a used sanitary towel. Would you believe that it comes in a pair therefore Ipad 2.

An indication that gives the impression tha they have run out of ideas. No iphone 4gs or 5 this year and they think is Androids fault. Purlllleeaassseee!!!
Nokia must be laughing cuz they have been through this shitty waters with only Meego and Winphone to keep them afloat.
They should wait first cuz i think the big one is coming. maybe with the N9, having no keys, very versatile, can run Android and all, it wouldnt be long before someone will be able to port iOS to it (fingers crossed). Then Apple will really have something to worry about...

interestingly apple is filing lawsuits against samsung,htc etc the funny thing is all are running on android mmmm why because android is taking over and doing better than apple app store and above that samsung and htc has been producing better phones than apple for some time now they are scared very scared hahaha apple you suck get a life

Next Apple will sue Blackberry for having the fruity surfix - Berry - in their brand name, then after that sue Sonyericsson for using their idea of 'portal HD gaming' on Xperia PLAY and also for having a more damn good graphics and UI.
Wonder who runs Apple becos it wasnt like this in the past 2 years. If its still Steve, then i think his health is driving him crazy...must be the medications.

i really got fed up with lawsuits of apple....are they worried about their dominance...they are realizing that android powered devices are eating its lunch,and when Nokia releases its winpho based devices i think all of them will spill water on apple....HARD LUCK jobs(IJOBS)...ha ha ha.. ijobs sounds really cool isn't it

Apple are moving too slow in terms of their technology and are tweeking their products bit by bit and selling them at high prices. The construction of their phones are very antiquated and its only other people's apps which makes it a good brand to buy. There is a high competition of ideas for the improvement of phones nowadays and Apple needs to up their game and to think of something new. Otherwise customers will move onto another company knowing that Apple is a company that manufactures poor handsets and sues other companies for patent violations.

Is apple dumb or what? I've never seen any htc phone to even resemble the iPhones.
And the flyer, WTH? It looks like the total oposite of Ipad, 7 inch screen, 5 capacitive buttons, instead of 1 phisical on Ipad, even the specs are totally different...
There are only 2 extremely minor resemblances: the Ipad has the apple logo on the middle of the back, while the flyer has HTC written kinda on the same spot(I think Apple taught they are the only ones allowed to write their manufracter fingerprint on the back of a device)
And the second one would be the aluminum unibody on both, but HTC was the first to introduce this on mobile devices so they should acuse apple of copying

Apple has to concentrate on competing with other phone manufacturers on the market, based on the phones they make and their features, so that they can serve their customer in a better way, and not try to empty the markets from all competing phones that they know are better than theirs.
If people are buying other products, improve your products, and people will come back to you.

Thats because Apple are losing customers to the Android phones/systems and the apps on the android phones are increasing more than apple. In order to recouperate costs then there has to be countless lawsuits to get their money back. Even if its a little button on the phone similar to the iphone/ipad. If Apple does lose these court battles. HTC, Samsung and Nokia will countersue Apple. It would mean more lawsuits and Apple will lose. Do you think this is just an American company thing where if they can't get their way it means suing anything and everything? Jobs..stop suing companies which haven't violated your patent rights.
