          With carriers' current not so unlimited plans, i wonder if they won't still limit usage even on 5G...

          I believe Huawei will be the first to offer a 5G device since they are a major network equipment manufacturer. Could be Samsung too.

                The first 5G phone will be the phone that will support 5G ready

                  They're finalizing 5G specs. Yet they can't fix the 4G/LTE speeds which are still garbage at best in many countries.
