opt, 24 Dec 2017is it just me who didn't understand the poll.
It didn't ev... morePrevious owner of the S8. (Now owner of a Note 8 and I'm effing loving it!)
For it's screen size. the s8 is really compact. with really high StB ratio of 83.6% no wonders that the device measures merely 149x68x8. (rounded for convenience) the 68mm width is just perfect for my hands. (and yes. I'm a woman) and the tall screen, despite the awkward bars sometimes when watching. helped me quite a bit of scrolling vertically.
I am now an owner of a note phone. It's less convenient for one hand. but the larger screen helps with content. (eh... Maybe I'll get back to compact. starting to regret having a note. -_-)

Compact. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it does.

The S8 and the Pixel 2 ain't compact phones. The XZ1c deserves this title because if it weren't for it's ancestors, this poll would be called "mid-sized flagship options"
