The device will be up for pre-order in Samsung's home country of South Korea, with sales beginning January 6.

Price is very high. In my country, Galaxy S8 is 550 dollar. So, why I go for A8?

Oh boy. The biggest downside of 2017 and now 2018 is the escalating cost of phones. $565 for the smaller A-series phone. Thanks to Samsung India's stock clearance, I was able to get the A5 (2017) for half that.

Very overpriced.To justify the pricetag it should have had a snapdragon 660/670,a dual pixel camera and project treble.
Better buy the Galaxy S7 for $100 cheaper.
