Exynos are always made superior to snapdragon but they are throttled to make performance similar to snapdragon counterpart.

Ok, obviously going to be THE highest powered chip available on launch as it's Samsung. Look forward to seeing the SGS9. Is it just me thinking could be innovation rather than revolution this year? I have no inside knowledge BTW!!!

But samsungs ui could use some optimization to reduce stutters dho but they are getting better and i CANNOT wait for 8.0 and SE 9.0
But honestly for the ammount of features it packs a few stutters here and there is bearable for me i mean what is 4 dropped frames out of 60 a sec?..... like really ? You people with your ocd jeez

They should focus on batteries Samsung is well known for s.h.i.t.t.y. batteries also horrible lookign curved screens and maybe worst which Samsung ever developed were IRIS scanner.
Having app loaded in 1,5 or 1,2 seconds makes no sense for better CPU or GPU.
For the rest Kirin 970 using 5 pin technology can fully charge your battery in like 40-50 mins this is something that Samsung phones never do.

So, can I expect single core around 3000 and multi-core 8000?

That still not on par with A11, but close.

Samsung and their UI is deffo number 1.
Then its a close one between stock Android and EMUI.

Even Google knows that Samsung is real leader of android.
I would never pick stock android over Samsung!

Ballpark of A11. LOL. Been a long time since any mobile chip was faster than Apple's A series chip that year. The A10 can beat the 845 in benchmarks. Whatever else Apple does, they know how to make chips.

Yeah some others have some useful features but to this day Samsung is still number 1 with the most features.

Shadow Snypa786, 04 Jan 2018Really just go on youtube there's plenty of videos of iphon... moreYou are 100% right on that one.

Also Samsung offers you more customization options than any of the competition.
Other phones are simply boring compared to Samsung.

I hope Samsung will soon develop it's own chipsets and OS. I can't see them getting iOS level of optimization or speed by staying on Android and using same SnapDragon as other manufacturers.

Anonymous, 04 Jan 2018Compared to the competition, yes they still lag. Really just go on youtube there's plenty of videos of iphones and even hauweis lagging too.

Samsungs have improved alot over the last few years and their UI is still the most feature rich more than google stock, huawei's EMUI and Xiaomi's MIUI.

I have seen the Single core score of the Exynos 9810.
FOR ONE: The Single core is superb: 2680 points.
BUT TWO: the Multicore is disappointing: 7787 points.
Nope. better get myself the SD845.
