Love the Community, 04 Jan 2018Oh, my bad. So how many G72 MP cores does Exynos 9810 have?... moreIt has 18 Mali G72 cores thats 2 less than 8895
But they managed to increse the clock speed to around 700 MHz up from 500 so thats nice
And correct me if im wrong but the mali gpu in the kirin flagship has a mere 12 cores i think

Too bad, other OEMs might utilize the similar SD845 much better than Samsung themselves on their own chipsets, as just as we usually see.
Almost every flagship smartphone of 2017 has beaten down the Note 8 in speed tests. It even took a hard time with the iPhone X, which others easily surpasses (except in games, where some Android flagships even managed to beat it).

Samsung did it 1st so that point is moot ;)

"Huawei is already using the new GPU (Mali G72) when samsung couldve added it in the Note 8 also but they didnt"

The GPU in the Huawei phone's is Mali-G72 MP12 which means 12 cores hence MP12.

The one in the new Exynos chip has 18 Cores.
