AdamBoy64, 04 Jan 2018Yeah, I hope Sony keep their bezels. It's a great design.I for one don't find an entirely bezel-less design practical. I fly a Mavic Pro, and have used Sony Z3, Samsung S7 Edge, and iPhone 6 in the controller.
The Z3 was the most usable, as the buttons were not half blocked like the others, due to the top and bottom bezels, and all the volume, unlock, etc buttons are on the right hand side, so fully accessible. Not so with the s7, and the curves screen is actually a pain.
Another thing... sony method for taking screenshots is great, not hit or miss affair as in Samsungs swipe.

Can understand the top bezel for the cameras but what about the bottom bezel Jesus.its design is so outdated and yet they keep churning out this product and waste their money

Some ppl want 76% like the old ZL.
Some ppl who only buy Samsung pretend to be Sony costumers and ask for 83% with front that looks alike A8. Which looks exactly alike V30. They also want Sony to give up on front speakers and move it to be beside usb like Samsung copied from Apple. Because their audio system is not on pair even with E5.

It's obvious that these models would be launched at CES next week - and not at MWC next month.
Of course, Sony is late again. Everything takes do much time for Sony to adopt! The 18:9 screen (still no OLED!) and 4GB+64GB (for the regular model - not the ultra).
And bye bye for front stereo speakers. I hope this is not an indication for their lack in Sony's upcoming flagships.

they`ve shrinked the bezels , added fingerprint scanners , edge-to -edge display , nice specs, if the camera processing and baterry are good ,they will be a great deal.

That discreetly curvy back on the l2 looks good, hopefully the next in the xz series get that.
