Google is the only company who can make billions without really manufacturing anything tangible.
As long as more users buy smartphones and use the internet, Google still profits. Android is Google's way of increasing more internet traffic and watches you. People use Google services all the time and YouTube is a site they own with ads everywhere. Android is NOT going anywhere soon whether you love Nokia or use Bing as a search engine.

Samsung's only competition is with Apple. Nokia is old story and rest all are too small. Samsung already owns 2011 Q2-Q3. Q4 with Ipone5 should be interesting battle.

And if it wasn't for Android and others, you'd still be using some N95 dual slider phone from Nokia, with outdated Symbian S60v3.

samsung galaxy 2 did make a big impact on the world...but that is the only samsung handset that stands out till date compared to iphones/htc/SE........hope the successor model is promising otherwise samsung will just be rolling asian markets....and would be washed elsewhere:-!

They've been hemorrhaging money like a stuck pig. Instead of going with Android they chose to go with an OS that's not yet ready and in the process loose all the market to other phone manufacturers.

Good job, fellow Nokia fanboys! We are successful in trashing this Samsung news. Let's keep it up and turn every Samsung news into a Nokia discussion and promote Nokia devices and trash talk Samsung.
I can't wait for Android's downfall. I hope MS gets a HUGE royalty from Samsung and I hope Apple wins their case too. Make these Android OEMs pay so much royalties and make Android an unprofitable platform. I hate Android. It's success caused Symbian's downfall and put my once almighty Nokia in dire straits.
Nokia's decline started when Android started rising. Nokia would have still be on top if it wasn't for this overrated OS.

therock, 18 Jul 2011nokia symbian anna and symbian belle work just fine as the ... more"Anna" is just a cheap way (trick) to show that they still support Symbian. In other words update "Anna" was just a thrown bone without meat to quench hungry for updates crowd.
Also I think that all upcoming NOKIA phones with Symbian OS, it is just a marketing trick to squeeze the last juices from Symbian OS and make some money without much hassle from something old and without a future. Now NOKIA is throwing all the forces to the Windows Phone OS in their devices and NOKIA phones wit Symbian OS are just without a future.
P.S. At least it is just mine opinion.

OLED technology is relatively young and screens based on OLED technology have some really essential disadvantages. My advice would be to improve OLED technology before releasing more OLED technology based screens into the wide world.
