I can’t believe that Samsung still have 4Gb of RAM. But if performance is better enough is ok. I hope Samsung has 5.5” for S series with the same spec and good price.

My current phone is 5.2 inches and thats big enough. I would stretch up to 5.5, 5.6 for the right phone specs, but thats only a compromise I'm willing to make below flagship level. Anything bigger is too big to pocket unless ur clothes have large pockets or u carry a bag everywhere.
18:9 is just smoke and mirrors to me, leaving the customer with something that looks like a really expensive exotic TV remote control from the late '90's / early '00's. An object that just sticks out of pockets more and prevents the owner from sitting down before removing it. Why can't Samsung keep a standard specification accross all S models as the real Note alternative? I think the A range is catching up.

Anything above 128gb of rom is overkill imo. If you're shooting videos or hires photos then its standard to have a micro sd card for transfer.

Only if LG release 512gb with 6 gb ram alongwith dual camera and sd card. This will surely compete samsung.
I agree the s9 with 4gb ram is low in today's standard.
