Anonymous, 08 Jan 2018As with all new technology, it starts as a concept, evolves... moreYou dont get the idea. Im saying they could had made this affordable if they reduced the size and resolution. That is all im saying. But noooo. They still insist to make 88 inch 8K tv no one can fit in their house or afford to buy. I insist FHD 30inch tv just to test the market on this type of display. See if we like it. Then if it kicks off well we can upgrade to the more expensive version.

Really cool! but why is it always "new 5000 inch panel!" "Look at our new 1x2 kilometer display!!" i just want a 35-50 inch tv not these 60-90 inch

Still waiting for a smaller 42" range OLED TV...

LG always innovates and shows off good promising concepts. But the should get better at converting these into successful consumer products.....

            Well done to LG.

OLED is great for phones that most people replace every 2-4 years, but a TV is expected to last much longer (and incur a much more critical eye). Will be years yet before roll-able and long lasting OLED TVs become affordable to the masses.

Rollable tv sounds good but what about the price and availability. If LG can turn this into a norm that would be great. So far it is going to be a niche market. Even their thinnest display wallpaper tv is not so much popular. Try doing it with smaller tv with lower resolution first for budget friendly purpose and market exposure. Going straight to 4K or 8K with 65" and 88" is super unrealistic for sales. Normal people dont buy tv that size. They seem like doing this for the sake of 'showing off' and not intending to sell it at all.

Lg's ips lcd tv are great but don't trust their oled yet,let the technology mature because if you watch a lot of TV then the current oled will give problems much sooner than lcd.

Everybody knows, Samsung is the king with its amoled display in smarthpone world, everybody knows too that LG is a king in oled TV displays :)
