epdm, 22 Jul 2011I predicted this in another forum. I literally wrote that... moreOne of the negotiation points from Nokia was they wanted to build a cheaper phone dir wp7 that why there will also be a 800mhz chip, it will also be the first chip will a all in one approach, meaning every thing will be on one chip, and all the vendors can benefit from it. Android has a cheap chip but it actually is cheep , this one will perform as good as the GHz chip with it's built in gpu. So your wrong

Dude how many phones out there with gorilla glass, huh how many has upto 64 gigs none other than Apple as far as a wp7 only the Nokia will have the type of storage non micro sd. How many phones can do video at same quality as the Nokia, you could do a movie at the Simi pro level, even better than iPhone, not to mention the lense first wp7 to have that. A front facing also, and it buttonless also first wp7 for that as well, not to mention that there no official leak about it so who knows the final phone will be like.

nokia lacking innovation ???? you are kidding ?
the N9 and the identical hardware of the W9 have a lot of innovation, starting with the mono block casing (no paint, no scratches). thats way above the manufacturing quality of most other brands.

Today, Jul11, from M$'s WP7 site: "We're bringing you new features, such as copy and paste".
Is this how they are going to make a 2011 hit??

                Might want to read that.

Maybe all the people who make bad comments about Nokia aren't "enemies", maybe they are genuinely spurned former customers. Ever think of that? No, you have to romanticize everything, because it's too hard to face that your favorite company might be tanking because they actually suck.

I predicted this in another forum.
I literally wrote that that Nokia's WP7 phones would be more expensive because of the better camera-modules included. This would be the only item that Nokia could differentiate themselves from LG, Samsung and HTC Wp7-phones becuae of Microsoft's harsh rules of building WP7 phones.
SO again I tell you Nokia will add nothing to the WP7 platform. Only more expensive phones that nobody will buy. The only future Nokia phone of interest is the N9. But that troll nuked it!

Eldar was right in saying that "he is of course a trojan horse".
Eldar was right when he said that he (Elop) deliberately made that statement to make stock prices plummet.
Eldar was also right when he said the original N9 was ditched, something that nokia rebrended N950 and give away for free to abused developers. Basically to keep them staying.
Eldar may be right too when he talked about a takeover, Microsoft at some point maybe be strong enough to initiate that manoeuvre and absorb at least the mobile division of NOKIA or the whole company perhaps.

I don't wanna wait the next Eldar's prophecy to come true, I will just boycott NOKIA/Microsoft from the next purchase, not because Nokia is completely overwhelmed, but because now we do know that it will deliberately be.

Nokia. What a worthless company, why are they still in business.

Oh that's right, because fanboy morons buy their phones.

Despite the fact that this brand has offered nothing new or innovative for years.

Technological evolution is in DECLINE if these clowns are still turning a profit.

I'm no Nokia fan after moving to Android but in this case the simplest explanation may be the right one. Murtazin may not be giving the right opinion. In any case I think Nokia can get the benefit of doubt. After all it is their first WP phone and they may stumble a bit...

A: Samsung and NVIDIA doesn't make any changes for CPU's architecture!

A: Because there is no opportunity for technicall intervention!
Q: Why there is no opportunity for technicall intervention?
A: Because ARM Cortex-A9 CPU is already manufactured by TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company)!!!

ARM Cortex-A9 CPU is designed by ARM and manufactured by TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company). Samsung and NVIDIA just buys CPUs from ARM and put them in to the SoCs with other components like a GPU and other accelerators.

Samsung and NVIDIA just can't technically make any changes for CPU expect some "external" changes like a voltage tweak and or similar. And all that's mean Samsung's Exynos 4210 (a.k.a. Orion) SoC and NVIDIA's Tegra 2 SoC use TOTALLY the same CPU (ARM Cortex-A9)!!!

Citation: "Wen u buy the cpu in raw form it has to be programmed..."

No, it hasn't. CPU is not a microcontroller!!!

Citation: "If so why didnt LG buy the cpu from ARM themselves why did they buy it from nvidia ?"

Because LG doesn't have what to do with ARM Cortex-A9 CPUs because LG doesn't design or manufacture SoC and they won't have where to put them. LG buys already manufactured SoCs from NVIDIA!

Citation: "...and thats what each of samsung and nvidia did thats why they have different names..."

Samsung and NVIDIA is designer and manufacturers of their SoCs that's why they put company name on it. Samsung's and NVIDIA'a SoC has different architectures, but CPU's in them are still TOTALLY the same ARM Cortex-A9.

Citation: "Your question was wrong !"

What question? I wasn't asking anything! I said that Samsung Galaxy S II (GT-I9100), LG Optimus x2 and Motorola ATRIX use the same CPU. And that was my statement not a question!

                                        P.S.
If after that you still doesn't understood, hen I really don't know how to explain it for you... sad...
