Most of GSMArena's users like Samsung and LG for their cheap prices, and the fact that they are producing high performance devices for half the price of a similar unit from Apple or HTC.
Guys, this is what happens when you buy these cheap phones: stupid issues, and horrible customer service ...

finally yes.. LG don't care about the users, all they care about it getting new customers. Gingerbread was meant to available months ago, but still nothing.. they deserve it!!!

samsung used to be that way but saw the light. this is why i stay away from LG regardless of how innovative their phones become. shameful practices.

Funny i didn't read such defect in gsmarena review, i wonder if this only happens to optimus in the US only. must've been the decepticons doing :)

that's why after 5 optimus 2x I quit and I had my money back. if everyone do that lg would take some action and do better phones.

poor LG every time they get somewhere they get knocked back down :(. It's too bed they did try to fix the problem. I'm guessing it was a hardware issue. This is exactly why I wait till the phone get's reviewed and tested. :)

its disturbing to see all the recent legal action is more toward android devices....sooner or later manufactures will reduces dramatically producing their android ph and more linear on either maemo, wp7 or maybe even symbian....who knows
