Wow i find it really strange that we in Australia got the S2 before the U.S market!

I see ifone as dumbfone its so crippled and yes its smooth only because apple ban anything that slows it down..Its like saying its the air that cause drag on our cars and slows it down,if apple built a car they would ban air..ifone is so unproductive i cant stand the silly thing..
The sgs 2 is off this planet even if you just buy to use as aphoto frame the screen is pin sharp and colours beautiful.

pujan Aryal, 21 Jul 2011No thats not true galaxy s2 is bestyes and no.. it is quite true actually.. the I9100 lacks the ability to let the user view sim contacts.. althought to be fair.. you would still have the ability to import/export to/from SIM, and let's be honest, how many users still uses SIM contacts now when you can single-click sync to via software or outlook..? but none the less this would still be the one thing those apple fanboys use to bash the I9100 with..
and for the screen being quite dim on outdoor situations.. again, i'm afraid this is also quite true.. since the amoled has to produce it's own light source rather than being shone by a back light such as on lcd's.. i'm afraid it doesn't shine as much brightness as conventional backlit screens..
but still my personal opinion.. yes very expensive phone, with super amoled plus screen, lighter than iphone4, blazing fast data speeds, wifi abgn, 1gb ram, blutooth 3, 8mpx back cam + 2mpx front cam, 1080p/30fps video recording, 1,2ghz dual core processor, rds fm radio, mhl hdmi tv output, nfc support, flac player, flash 10.1 support, 1650mah (230mah more than iphone4).. and all of those at 40 buck cheaper than iphone4?
yeah.. i definitely think it's worth it.. in fact it would worth every penny.. oh one more thing.. you won't have to be enslaved by itunes.. lol..!

Super AMOLED is best screen under sunlight. You're mistaking LCD technology with AMOLED.

The only competitor it truly has is the awesome SE phone with the 2500 MAH battery and awesome specs....But GS2 still wins.

Samsung will launch Galaxy S2 on 23rd July 2011. This saturday will be a long queue in here because there is a promotion of discount 1,3 Million Rupiah which is equals to about 150 USD.
