Ok Most companies launch phones at different market at different times it's understandable, but Nokia 6 was launched in India only after a lot of months and India has a large market for Nokia and they didn't launch the phone there fast. So they are acting like a Chinese company not the Old one.

Set up like this, available on the Nokia site, an approved accessory on the HMD (Nokia) site as if on the HMD (Nokia) site would suggest an HMD accessory and may restrict finding it.
Look I haven't personally looked, it could turn out be on both sites, but as you can see from the pricing it is significantly less than Apple and Google which cost even more than Apple Bluetooth earphones

Nokia has a big fan base in China and South Asia. But China has a more developed industry.
China is the largest smartphone market now and the manufacture is in China as well

Philips was truly ahead of its time.. Check out philips tapster bluetooth headphones....
Also nokia bluetooth headsets were legendary for their battery life... And the durability of the battery

With this price you get already better headphones from brands that are specialized at making headphones.
These headphones look like another try to milk money out of Chinese people.
I ordered for my self 3 pairs of different headsets for my mobile phones and it all cost me under 15 euro with free shipping. I am not audiophile and dont need some brand name.
I got one pair of Honor AM115 for some 2-3 euro and it has enough quality for me for that price for sure. I dont like these new condoms you stick in your ear hole that fall out or are not in the right way or what ever.
