Those bezels are not functional, they serve zero purposes. Everything those bezels can do a case can do better using less space. They are ridiculous, forcing you to buy new pants ridiculous...

Phones here in the Philippines never get discounted. They're prices stay as high as originally until they get phased out. Buying the same Samsung or Sony phone from 2017 and 2018 makes absolutely no difference in price.

I actually like the fact that this phone has low sales. In the future, when it drops its price even further, and I could have enough savings to get it, I will pick one up immediately.

Even their most expensive flagship, XZ Premium doesn't reach $1000 too. It's reached $800 when launch instead (still expensive at launch tho)

Well its sony and with its disabled fingerprint scanner on this phone it is not worth anything more than $150.
So whatever price it reduced should be its actual selling price.
At least they learnt their lesson and are finally able to learn how to put FPS on back of the phones which they were so adamant to not fix for last 2-3 years.
