LG v30 is not a bad device except the crap ultra wide angle lens, 4 gb of ram and sd835. And what they removed from LG g6 and v30 is notification light it is really a bad move. On the other hand LG kept 3.5mm headphone jack and micro sd and ip68. all of that iPhone didn't do. This was is why I love Samsung and LG!!!

My first and last LG mobile device was the LG Neon. On day one use of that device, the screen cracked while merely sitting in my pocket like literally EVERY other phone I've had till today. Ever since then, I've just taken LG in the mobile industry to literally stand for Low Grade. With all the news of poor quality control, bootloops, and whatnot that I keep reading about their own products and their components in other manufacturer products, I just keep appreciating my decision to avoid anything LG in the mobile industry...

So if LG wants to make its device better, it should have:
SD845, and not 835
Front stereo speakers
Under-screen fingerprint reader
4K OLED screen
With these features, LG would uave an edge over Samsung's S9, and at least be equal with the Note9 (which would feature the under-screen fingerprint reader and the 4K screen).
Without these features, LG's device won't be unique enough.

I really hope this will allow them to launch a better G7. Hopefully with an OLED screen and VR support, as well as wireless charging, so we have a real competitor to the Galaxy series.
I think the best G series phone was the G2 - it was ahead of its time.

B) make a 2nd flagship 6" QHD, poled, telephoto and G pen
C) 2 midranges with sd630 and sd640
D) 2 budget with sd430 and 435
E) tablet with 10" FHD + sd630 + 7000mAh
F) update flagships until late december

G5 could be had for less at the time and was clearly better (basically infinite battery life, higher ppi, better camera during daytime, same raw power despite being a year older, IR , FM), it was only losing to the shorter screen, but that is an acquired taste.
