Two thumbs up for LG, for putting more options on the smartphone market for the users like me, and everybody else that is reading this post.
About the sues, patent infringement and stuff... save that "court and lawyer" money to research some more useful features for the phones, or give it away for the poor and necessitated people that live on less than a dollar a day.

I don't understand why LG doesn't keep this kind of confidential information secretly. LG should sue the person who revealed this information in this internet site!! This is absolutely breaking the law. Presumably Apple, samsung would read this article and they might prepare some other better phone these stuff.

Problem is i want one with a qwerty.

I'm not bashing iOS or Android. Both of them are great. I just find it funny when people like you start bashing and condemning products that you consider lack of innovation, like "hey! be innovative, don't be copycats", but when asked to give innovative ideas, suddenly you can't come up with any.
Like the other person said before, HDTVs all look alike (among other products that looks alike), so should the manufacturers start suing each others because they can't 'innovatively' manufacture HDTVs?

But they can't sue Google because Google doesnt get much for android. So they sue the bigger sellers of android phones. Microsoft want $5 for every droid sold Apple want to stop certain phones from getting into the us

It's running Android, and apparently Android used a lot of patents that belongs to Apple and Microsoft. But right now, Apple and Microsoft are only suing companies that are doing well right now (have big market shares) like Samsung and HTC.
So, again I ask you, show me other ways to design a touchscreen smartphone that doesn't infringe Apple and Microsoft?
Very limited ways isn't it? Before, you were listing a lot of phones that you considered original, now it's down to just xperia pro. What's next?

It is not hard to get an Iphone with a subscription (not more so than other high-end devices). More importantly, the fact it has high sales figures, is not directly related to it being 'the best phone' because it simply isnt.
