Apple did not issue anything till users found out
And one plus did the same it did not issue any statement till the issue was blowing up its forums
And in samsungs case show us proof that samsung throttles its CPUs
People proved it using the clock speeds of some benches clearly showing the cpu had been throttled
Show some proof or shut up simple

In case of Apple or Samsung they stayed quiet and users still buy used batteries for a price of a brand new, or having slowed older phone without knowing whats going on.
                              Shame for Apple and Samsung.
