KGI re-estimates Q1 iPhone X shipments with a lower number

They dream big but look at them now. Estimate over 40M iphone X but this is the final result. Not many people buying. Modern and all but it have too many features missing. The cut outs, the earjack, the fingerprint sensor. If this is a no name brand it would fail miserably. Luckily it still have that bit of brand loyalty and trust keeping them alive.

No 2 year lifecycles. Just look at laptops: there is a new design every few years, but spec upgrades every year. The MacBook Pro for example gets a redesign every 4 years, while it gets a spec bump every year.

Those in contract will maintain 2y, who dont tend to use more, because now next 2 generations didnt bring significant improvement. So phone should last 3y with removeable battery.

Second Apple are aware of the notch, the next release therefore have a larger body and the notch removal will be sold as an upgrade.

I read an article about Jony Ive coming back to his design management role. Maybe that’s the reason why Apple might be discontinuing the X already in 2018, because Jony wasn’t happy about its design.

steve jobs will not sanction this model if hes still alive. Ugliest phone ever released, a stupid notch that is basically redundant.Steve jobs will have force a push to revolutionary technology feat of camera behind the screen idea. If not, at least leave a tiny bezel across the top and not this stupid notch design. And the price is simply ridiculous

iphone 5s and SE has the best design, in fact most people here in my place are using iphone 5s
and also cheaper price at 7k php

Bunch of fashion people , I though gsmarena is filled with tech enthusiasts (the X is the bigger jump in specs in iphone history).
