This thing, by the looks of the patent sketch, will have one or two 12mp 1/2.55" that's in wide use today, and then a few smaller ones, depending on the zoom level of a lens.

great, now we'll have 5 camera's with crappy plastic lenses, no OIS, awful autofocus and perhaps even smaller pixels. Just what we need. 5 times the crap that we have today. Way to go Nokia! :-(

I do my self DIY a frame to place another lens for create a micro photo more awesome.
I'm the only one who have it in the world.

People want high-quality camera outputs and compact phones. The only way to achieve that is via multi-sensor technology.
And you're wrong. Computational photography has started becoming a thing rather recently, as we only recently had mobile processors powerful enough for it. This goes all the way from basic one-sensor computational photography (Pixel), to two-sensor computational photography (Huawei, Xiaomi, Nokia, etc) and all the way to 16-sensor technology (Light 16). The algorithms for it has gotten great, and the output far surpasses other non-computational variants.
And taking several images in a row may be good for still subjects. But introduce motion or longer shutter speeds and you're doomed. Also there's no distortion because of sensor placement, there's parallax. At least learn what you're talking about before opening your mouth. And it can be accounted for in modern smartphones.
Main point is; we're headed for a future of computational photography and multi-sensor setups if we want thin devices. They can far exceed single-sensor setups, as they are capable of collecting far more light.

Nokia 8 takes trash photos. They should bring her+ like algorithmes. And if they would combine them with pure view phones specs, that would be a hit
Imagine 1/1.5. 40 mp sensor with an hdr+ algorithm going on on a background. Sounds just stunning!

Even if few years ago phones beat typical cheap cameras in terms of quality, no one really use them for professional photography, 99% of people still use phone to photograph random events, friends, landscapes that they forgot they did, parties with shaky hand in dark place or selfies.
That one 1% are people who try using it in more advanced manner also dont really treat is as main camera, its like pocked knife = it will cut most of thing and have screwdriver but in every day you still prefer normal, proper knife and screwdriver.
As far as computational photography, you realize that its nothing new, and even now in 2018 its not really a thing. Mostly because computational photography need really similar sensors and algorithms used for them are not really that perfect, especially when you need to merge more than 3 images. Its not easy task if you want to keep sharpness of photo and not have distortions all over the image.
Not to mention that modern cameras are fast enough to take even 3 images at the time with different exposure, or white balance, so you dont really need more than 2 cameras for proper computational photography, because one sensor is just better for that, because you dont need to wory about distortions made by differences between other sensors and distortions made by that small perspective difference of sensor placement.
