It seems like different agencies fine Qualcomm to relieve their boredom.

      Somebody has to fill the brexit black hole...

        Qualcomm probably needs to help its competitors by doing marketing and also finish the deal to make their competitors profitable and earn better than themselves. Such a selfless service to humankind....
