I used to respect LG because they were the only ones who produce phones with removable battery. I started hating LG since they stopped using removable battery and started folowing the crap glass unibody, non-removable battery, bezel-less, 18:9 screen, curved edges/corners trend. Since then, I wished them low sales, profit loss, and I wanted G6 and V30 to bel flopped, failures. Because I hoped that this way they will learn their lessons and will go back to the G4 and V10 design (removable battery, IR blaster, flat screen, LCD screen) for their future phones (and fix the bootloop and shattergate (fragile camera glass) once and for all).

LG really need to shake up its mobile division and G7 should be feature packed with IR blaster, sd845, volume and power button on back (really love this placement) much better dual cameras, 6gb ram, and removable battery (which wont come back), 4000mah battery, better screen (stick to lcd if oled is not ready) and feature packed skin and better updates (security patch in atleast every two months and three years of major updates) even some android one phones and some gimmicks (I love gimmicks like secondary screen, knock on etc)

I still do understand why LG mobiles are declining?
1.Their commerical ad are the worst. More of fighting with Apple or Sammy.
2. LG is a wanna be of Nokia falling in 2014.
3. Too pricy, but not greedy.
4. Market share and volume are powerful in domestic countries, but not in international.
5. ( STOP IT, GET SOME HELP!)

My mother had one LG phone. That one with Firefox OS. Nice looking phone but the OS was very limited because there was not apps enough.
She gave it to my brother, now he has a Lenovo phone. But the LG still works.
My experience was not good. My G Pad had a few scratches on right side of screen. Then a huge crack showed up on the left upper side. Half of screen does not work.
I guess it also has ghost touch.
Sometimes it restarts if I play videos from Opera/Chrome, the lower left corner of screen now has light bleed.

Words "premium smartphones" and "lg" are similar to "delicious mud". LG producing overpriced badphknes with lowest quality. "Premium" meaning isn't about price

Thats what happened when customer loosing their faith.
LG made really good phones(hardware), but when it comes to software, it is disaster.
They are worst in terms of proving software updates.
G4 did not receive nogut till date, which they have promised long back.
My next phone will be from oneplus for sure.
