28 January 2018
Apple will soon let you see the Health & Condition of your battery. And you'll be able to turn off CPU throttling - but will you?

Every one after apple ? Why because no other company makes as perfect phone as apple.
Look at Samsung, apples so called competitor makes a flagship everywhere. See their support . Probably worse than any android maker.no Oreo till now for s8 and note 8 .. those were your flagship model ?? lol .. are you trying to even copy apple like os upgrade?
Have you forgotten that android is not by Samsung- actually made my Google and all you do is add some iphone-ish customization. and make it slow.
stop such nonsense beta program ( what beta ? not your OS Samsung ) You are lucky that you got android to make smartphone. so try to make fast upgrade and follow android. if you want to make apple like iPhone , First make yourself capable of making a OS first then do this drama.

The bigger question is will anyone trust apple in the future...They have been found out and they know they have been using this excuse to force people to go and spend silly money on a new phone...Trust is hard to gain and easy to lose... Samsung last year did the write thing and people have respected this fact...Apple refuse to...?This is another nail in their coffin.? no development no research..?This ship is heading for the rocks

WOrld1, 28 Jan 2018"Yes" is the only logical response. "No" is for people don... moreOn the contrary. I much rather have a phone that works, only a bit slower, than one turning it self off... speaking from experience. I think most people would prefer that when they are in a situation that requires a working phone.

But I would of course replace my bad battery as soon as possible.

                [deleted post]why ?

Those that say No are those gullibe enough to believe Apple's lies about power management. No, your phone will not turn off if there are spikes of power needs. Like not at all.

Those that answer Yes are the ones that understand what it means to own something and/or knows that Appdle lies from the begining.

In short this poll is an Expert or Liar detector

I guess I'll disable the throttling, see what changes can be observed and then finally decide to leave it off or turn it on.
