I'll always prefer a slim and light phone over a heavy thick brick. For me the perfect phone was the S6 edge, 7mm and 132g..i was expecting samsung to make it lighter and thinner in next generations but it didn't happen. Still S8 was the most compact flagship device of the year so I use it now. Hope companies go back to thinning the phones making them lighter

Where ar... moreikr...........they all complained about the razer phone being too thin and that a slight increase in thickness would let them put in a 3.5mm jack, now they are complaining about a 0.5mm increase in thickness which is probably there to house a larger camera module. LOL
Tech normies shouldn't be allowed on any sort of tech page.

Where ar... moreI'm also not overly worried about thickness. But producing an almost identical handset to last year's model and making it thicker is regression, surely?
Feeling more let down by the S9 with every leak. Let's hope that Samsung are holding a massive secret up their sleeve - and no, a slightly better camera isn't good enough.

Where are those guys who would rather have thicker phone than skinny ones with low battery capacity? Flagships are already very slim IMO, i don't think some 0.x mm more thickness would make any difference.

Dam, it's so fat, fatter than my old nexus 5... All that for water resistance and qi charge?
I'd rather have a slim phone, i find my onelpus 5T at 7.3mm already too thick.
