And for this nothing they asking 1000 euros where S8 you can buy for 500 and same good S7 you can have for 350.
So there is no practical reason to buy much more expensive S9 which offers nothing new just few cosmetic details.

        Better CPU just by a little.
        Better camera no. Its only does better ophotos on low light othervise its still same like before.
        Maybe they add a software upgrade but they can do it for S8 as well. Oh no they cant Samsung is slowest company when comming to updates,
        Almost every new phone going with oreo so latest software we can comment do we?
        Wirreles charging is possible with other brands as well but regular charging is faster and in this case better. Maybe not for people like you but for the rest of the plant is good enough.
        Battery size is 3000 mAh S8 and S9 retain same battery. Even S7 had 3000 mAh. Dunno where you see battery improvement? Only samsung phone with battery improvement was Note 7. Rest are nothing special i have to say.
        Heart monitor for a what sake? Pure android is best having lot of bloatware in phone no thanks. Google store is full of simmilar even better apps which do much more than just a heart rating. Improved ram or display? Maybe you dont know but S7 had 4 gb ram S8 and S9 having same. There is no change at all here. As i said before slightly improved CPU, GPU and 12 MP (f/1.5, 26mm, 1/2.5", 1.4 µm, Dual Pixel PDAF) compared to genuinely same but f/1.7 which had S8 and S8 there is no change at all. Please if you cant read tell someone who can read text for you. So cmon there is really nothing to go for S9. Year of waiting for nothing. Apart from a much higher price. Even S7 which now can be bought brand new for 350 eur offers everything same as S9 with no major difference at all.
        And for LG you speak. They doing excellent TVs. Best in their class and got a lot of awards but their mobile phone department is dissaster same like Sony for example. If we compare all flagships from all brands there wont be much in difference apart from a fact that Mi7 with same CPU and GPU as any other flagship cost only 350 eur. The rest is just stupid add-ons which not everybody finds passion into. And any of these add-ons can be covered by some apps on google play for free or in case of IP68 waterproof cover is best possible option also much more cheaper than having a phone with IP68 rating.

Took no features out. And you are unhappy? I get you would like a new design, but c'mon, if LG did this, I would be elated.in relation to the covers, I love them, hope they are stain resistant.

              Speaking of similarities between S9 and previous model, the only slightly different will be the camera and fingerprint sensor arrangements. Others are same.

              Just like S7 and S6, no big design or performance change.

              Let's expect a huge difference from S10 or X.

                  Like someone want S9 compared to S8 its tottaly same phone apart a slight improvement in camera when shooting at night and SD845 along with newest GPU. Rest is tottaly same.
                  And for this samsung will ask a lot more money.
