It's the future of voice recognition. How are you supposed to tell why virtual assistant, when to stop listening?? It's been left to the software to determine when the user stops but it creates problem in noisy environments when you stop speaking but the listener remains on and picks up random words from the surroundings, one other problem is when you stop in a sentence like to specify a comma but before you start saying another thing the assistant consider it complete and start processing. With a physical button like bixby, you press the key and speak as long as you want and release the key after completion of command..it doesn't start processing until you leave the button and doesn't pick up random words. As bixby is designed for very complex commands which can completely replace touch interactions, such a physical key is must to easily provide multiple sentences.

S8 looks fragile but it's really more durable than metal phones. It can easily go for years without any case or screen protector

(it exists all the way back to the S2...! with the S2-S5 needing a sticker thing to allow charge) it was a feature many samsung buyer purchased it BECAUSE it had that ability.
or perhaps I'm wrong? a Sapphire plate front and back? how would you afford 25,000$ phone...!?

fingerprint scanner yes beneath instead on the side. But its still pretty close to the camera. It doesn't make a difference. In fact its even more awkward now. I had no problems with the side design of S8. Yes sometimes I tend to catch the camera. 1 wipe and its all good. Good thing there's stereo speakers and improvements in the camera. Might just skip this and wait for S10 (SX)

One advantage of V30 is having the Ultra wide camera. But when pixel peek, V30 photos are like an oil painting. Ugly. Also, the viewfinder lags when taking photos in low light environment for V30. The camera responsiveness also slows down in those environments, resulting blurry photos after taking the pictures.

Vietnam is where my Samsung A3 2017 was made, but I know not all Samsung phone made in Veitnam. As my old S6 was made in Korea. So I think Samsung moved production to Veitnam and on bottom right corner picture has Vietnam written. So I think legit.

Looks like the s8 duo, but I guess the major aesthetic changes are calculated in 2 or 3 cycles, but I think that for the price they will ask, they could make saphire screens and backs

Samsung are liars. This is the same thing as they did with the promo material for the S8 duo; they manipulate the image of the phones so it looks like its all screen on the sides, as you can see they use kind of a white out effect. This is not crearive marketing, this is lying. Samsung are deceitful liars as they actually show false images of the product. They have no honor

i work in the industry and i had literally no return of the V30 even if i sold a lots ( i sell to business only so its not 1 by 1 but like 30 and more for each clients )
All samsung phone have easily a 30% rate of return no thanks.
