It's almost hilarious. Apple prices are more in the range of $1200-1500 in most parts of the world for the iphone x.
People who cannot afford premium phones are the ones cribbing.
I personally think that smartphonr prices are getting a bit much.
But the last people to crib should be the sheep. Or fanboys of other brands who would stand outside stores for 3 days to get a phone they cannot afford (on loan).
