Im a Sony fanboy, if you read all my previous posts I defend Xperias because they were falsely criticised but the xz2 is an abomination.
Sorry Sony but with the S9 introduced what's the point on getting the XZ2 now?
The S9 has stereo speakers and probably better everything. And the design god Sony! Wtf is wrong with you??
Take a look at your XZ premium it was a gem. All you had to do was to trim down the bezels a bit, not this.
And no headphone jack? And S9 has one?
Sorry Sony but wtf happened to you originality?
S9 is simply better, goodbye Sony.

Look at the Sony jealous haters trying desperately to convince anybody in every Sony post, completely obsessed with Sony. Sony is not a criminal company like others stealing designs, maybe the haters forgot the Sony Ericsson Vivaz, the Xperia ZL, ZL2, ZR? they forgot Sony Ericsson phones didn't have 3.5 jack? Sony did all that before, Sony is king in audio, look at the Walkman, now is the only famous brand in premium audio. If they are so happy with Samshit-plastic-cheap-looking-exploding-copycat-criminal-company phones why they are here? JEALOUSSSS >_

well, it has everything what a phone in 2018 should have, Their Dynamic Vibration system is exciting, even the camera. Audio jack has become a thing in past already so, no complaints on that part. I would say its their best flagship till now, A competitve one!

What happen to the the XZ PRO? THESE ARE SONYS NEW FLAGSHIPS? I'M disappointed phones are ugly, no head phone jack, average size batteries. XZ premium looks way better then these phones

What's wrong with Sony? why continuously shoot yourselves in the foot? Made a nice looking phone only to make it overly fat and then not include a 3.5mm jack. Listen to the consumers and give them what they want. Was really looking forward to this but it's been overshadowed by the likes of Nokia and Samsung. Every time Sony have a chance to become serious players in the mobile market they mess up, their design/development/management team ought to be ashamed of themselves.

Bye bye Sony. WTF is this? Am a die hard Sony fan but s8+ looks very sexy and beautiful now take a look at s9+ and Sony is releasing this ugly lumina phone.

First of all, I apologize to the fans of Sony phones. What is happening to Sony? Why are they not interested in everything that the customer asks? It is not wrong to imitate some of the specifications of the competitors.
Why insist on the 4gb ram ?
I expect a huge failure for them this year.

and here I thought Sony would already join the bezel-less bandwagon but they did not and what's more.. they even removed the headphone jack! Sony what is wrong with you!? I would have forgiven the bezel but NO HEADPHONE JACK? Come on now... stop blindly following Apple and do your own innovation!

The XZ2 design is clearly mimic the HTC U Liquid design but i'm glad that they changed it to naturally fitting shape to the human hands, the boxy and sharp edge are horrible.
Just wanna see the camera processing algorithm improvement, other than that i'm not interested.

An ugly version of Lumia 920.
Sony is now a follower. No headphone jack and a generic ugly glass slab.
Sony is losing its unique identity.

I love them, but the thickness is... thick!
This is something to check in hands.
The rest of the specs are really good, with some good features in video departement, they seem to focus on that.
And the Compact still has stereo speakers, great!

The design is different but ugly.
Colors are ugly.
Let alone everything else, the 3.5 mm headphone jack is sufficient for me to kick this out of my wishlist.
I would rather go for S9+.
