Doctors and medical personels always use the heart rate and blood pressure sensors as backup/on the go.. Engineers use the multitude of accelerometers, gyros, digital compass on the phone for multitude of application.. As vibration study, angular deflection, elevation etc etc.. You school students won't know much until you've grown a bit and gain some smartness

Yeah i doubt it'll be as accurate as a sphygmo but if it's not too far off, then it can be a good on-the-go portable alternative.

Not too accurate compared to dedicated sphygmomanometer (I'm a med stud there), but tbh for easy check it's quite reliable. Not that I'd ever use this kind of thing on practice tho, as I'd misdiagnosed many of my future patient with hypertension.

Get your fat azz up and change the volume, channel buttons etc. manually on your TV then, you need the exercise to start appreciating convenient technologies.

Its measuring stress level already. And there is app for blood pressure which is suprisingly correct when pointing finger to cam
