well, the iOS and android has a different positioning strategy, so it's just normal that android looks more comical and iOS looks more clean.

As with all android updates we will be promised the update will be coming soon then a year later the manufacturer of our phone will release it. By that time the phone will be sitting in a drawer. I was promised 2.3 on my xperia x10 6 months ago and pinch zoom 8 months ago and guess what.....still waiting. I don't even use it anymore.
As a rule I would say to try out the phone you like with the os it is released with and don't rely on getting some future promised update that the salesman tells you is coming soon.

Looks like this is not Fake...there is very good ntices around about this..
This look like an slap for Android users (Like me) looks like Ice Cream will not be as sweet as everyone expect :P
And I don't get it why Google stay with the same UI since Android 1.5/1.6?

I can make my gingerbread like that by changing the framework.apk , replacing the default launcher and modifying the build.prop file in the system..... hope its not even the Alpha version
