Android P may introduce stricter call blocking

The feature would be welcome with open arms as more people complain about robo-callers and telemarketers these days.

Absolutely, I want a mobile so that no one can call me, right!

    I love this feature on my s8+ and the caller identity/fraud/scam alert is a godsend, would be a good feature to be baked in as part of stock os

                  Here in Slovakia we facing advertising via phone or so called telemarketing almost every day its getting boring.
                  I can really understand its their work and they are paid for selling products i.e. goods this way but when you say NO to a person its a NO. But 5 minutes later his colleague from a same company offers another product and so on. This is endless chain. If possible i would like to ban not numbers but some companies. Same for emails known as spam.

                            Student loan, marketing...thats all acceptable. I live in Ky but have an MA number so I know that sll incoming MA numbers are telemarketers. This isnt whats important. Whats important is when you are under attack by unknown force. Sexual abusing, spoofing numbers...you name it. Only those who experienced know what it means. I hope there is a way to block numbers by "domain". So if you know you are being harassed by msgs from numbers that start with 401, you can block any number that starts with 401. Blocking people just because they dont have ID might be a problem
