"message 1" x/160 characters. after completion it shows "message 2"...x/160. I have no trouble in sending multi messages. check your provider's limitations before "...such expensive...bla bla bla..."

I have that phone since 3 days and I'm dissapointed about the fact that you can send only a sms with max. 160 caracters. If you send a message of more than 160 caracters you will get the error message "unable to send the sms". For such pricy phone is this not logical at all.

Rambler, the other thing you have to take into account is the software.

This series use windows mobile, which to be honest - is a giant leap up from the N95's Symbian gear. coupled with the more then ample processing/memory will as the review states, lead to fast and efficient management.

I wonder if the RAM is flash RAM or powered?

It is a greant machine, but the screen should be updated to a vga level, qvga is leging behind so abviously from other giant maker.

I was an HTC user for a while, then Sony Ericsson and now Nokia E90. Overall, there is not much of a difference feature wise between the Smart/PDA phones of today - one issue though can be processor speed, RAM and the screen.

Despite the claim of being a 'Titan' in its class, as the name implies, I think this new version will again lose out when it comes to the screen. You do not realise the difference when you are stuck to just HTC, but as you move on to other makes, the difference is clearly visible. I think this is one area that HTC has to focus more on.

Sony Ericsson screens are good, but Nokia screens, at least found in the high-end models, are simply outstanding.

Again disappointment with screen resolution - 240x320 makes half of the features absolutely useless

Nice design ! It seems the powerful device of all PDA phones! Although the processer is not the fast one of all pda phones, But the performance is relative with the experince to fine tune!some device use the better processer but get the bed performance!I trust the HTC can produce the best one!

Please check the details posted here as I doubt if TytnII has Touch Flo. It does have the finger scrolling/panning but NOT the the TouchFLO (Touch Cube etc) as it has in Touch.

If it does offer full functionality TouchFLO then its a complete phone :-)

                          Looks very good.

We hope the final price will be around the $500.00 otherwise the competitior will kill it before the launching.

I am impressed with this marvellous cellular phone. In adittion, it has tremendous applications like word, excel, power point and the hand shaker.
Only one constraint: to late to arrive. It should be in the market right now. Millions of people are buying and changing their phones at the end of the year. Therefore, HTC must hurry with the new model!!!

Looks a lot more up to date than the previous TyTN.. I loved the keyboard and office features of windows mobile 5 when i had mine, but the new TyTN seems much nicer... I was hoping for more though. Why didn't HTC go with a faster CPU? What about a VGA screen? Other competitors have done that, like Eten.. Even so, i like the improvements, even though i really think HTC could've done better!

NIce phone, but i think its gonna be hard to beat the E90. Considerin the E90 is already out in the market, power users would already have gotten a E90 instead of this.

HTC has always surprised us with new cutting-edge products that makes brands like NOKIA take to the heels :D The TyTN II will be no doubt one of the best gadgets around when launched. I wont mind to trade my TyTN for this TyTN II just like I traded SE P990i away :) :D
