Samsung Galaxy A6 and A6+ spotted at Geekbench

15 March 2018
The naming is uncertain, but the model numbers suggest it - SM-A600 and A605. The 2018 edition of the A-series is made up of only the A8 for now.

          how it's possible? A5 2017 have 7880 chip and A6 2018 will get 7870? I don't believe in chipset downgrade.

They should make more processors. The 7870 is not a good premium midrange SoC.
All they use is the 7570 Quad, 7870 Octa, 7880 Octa (7870 OC with 3 GPU cores) and 7885 Octa (2 A73 Cores).

Huawei p9 lite from 2016 has better score , samsung is terrible for midrange phone!

Geez even Samsung wants to recycle the SD625 when there's the 630 and 636. If they want it to be a good midranger they need to step up what hardware they're using.
