but sharp knows what they are doing since they haven't copied the design (they actually invented)
I still think they are only using this design because it is tranding not because it is use full (you still get battery consuming black bars on LCDs)
the truth most people don't know is that sharp started the bezel less dream and invented
the notch (or essential I'm not sure) and it is just one step further to100% bezels! (or the beginning of the NOTCH APOCALYPSE )

Hate that they're copying the iPhoneX-style notch. Every android wants to be iPhoneX. If Sharp is the first whom implementing the notch, at least don't copy the iPhoneX-style. Anyway, I hate notch which is useless on android devices.

The notch aokves the issue of the upper bezel. So glad thst so many imitate it, Good ideas should always be replicated. That is how societies move forwards... Fanboys will never get that.
