So the G Play is basically the same as the E Plus. 720p for a 5.7" screen is too little for what's now considered their upper middle range line

So instead they increase the price for each new chipset and the differences are smaller.

Every low... moreIt runs all the games kids need and there are range of these even new chips that do good scores in the under 200 euro range. Better to have SD625 , SD636 , Exynos 7872 in your phone then some MTK that shows promise.

          Qualcomm got billions selling the snapdragon 625. Every low end devices has that Chip inside... It may be power efficient but its a 2 year old chip already and still it's selling in 2018.
          I mean, it's barely an improvement of my long already forgotten Nexus 5 which launched in 2013..

            No point in having a "home button" on the front when it doesn't even have any other function than a finger print reader. And the name on top of it...

            Lenovo needs to stop. All these models are getting ridiculous.

              Doesn't look bad at all, seems like the front is now 18:9 with much smaller bezels and the back is from higher end Moto X4. This is great if it keeps the price at around €200 with stock android

                    The Moto G series is one of the best budget series phones you can buy. My friend has a G5 Plus & i was amazed by how good it was for the price.
