Wtf is wrong with them. The 8th gen H series processors have launched literally days after the launch of the Mi Gaming Laptops lineup. Xiaomi better update their lineups with the new processors to stay in the game as their laptops are already overpriced.
I don't know how they overlooked such a big thing when launching the laptops. Every one was awaiting yhe release of the new processors they had to know it.

Looks good but "overpriced"! You can get the same specs from other suppliers out there for under USD1000. So, who do you think you are? If they had an entry level price for the 16GB i7 etc for $899 or so then they are competitive. Otherwise too expensive and won't sell well.

Entry level 7300HQ has robust performance in demanding tasks. 7700HQ is quite better. However I fear CoffeeLake-H is going to be marginal improvments. Myabe that's why its not official yet? But KabyLake-R has only marginal improvments of Skylake-R. Man Intel is lame, but the least lame.

Ryuhoshi, 27 Mar 2018Kaby Lake in 2018? Are they serious?Coffee Lake-H isn't official yet, and Kaby Lake-R are only a 15W TDP CPU so it's not as strong as Kaby Lake-H on sustained performance. Xiaomi can't just release a Laptop with an imaginary processor.

LOL only 4 zones RGB, no 120Hz for 1400 USD, heavy also saddest "gaming" laptop ever
