One thing is sure.
Damn runs smoothie on N8 the OS, no need to get a higher speed phone.
Nokia can mae Symbian run smooth on any low-spec phone but this one make the N8 shinny, running just like any 1.2 GHz phone..
In fact runs (in the video) more smooth than my Atrix 4G, hmmm I will thing about getting one with Belle for an spare GSM phone.
Time for a retirement of my 5230 :P

Dead platform means, even Nokia announces great high-performance Symbian phones, they don't have the developement ground which other platforms have stolen.
Android is the future. ios will die along Apple and WP7 will be second.

Nokia did it again! It's good news for all Nokia fans.
Now waiting when will get Symbian Belle on my Nokia N8 and start enjoy and enjoy. It's clearly i see that Symbian it's a one of the best and if Symbian Belle then in one level with iPhone OS. It's strange that Android got more fans but I suppose it just temporary of time.
For Nokia Co. need to produce just even one updated new Nokia N8 phone with Symbian Belle to add Dual-core 1.2-1.5 GHz procesor or even single 1.5 MGz procesor with 4 to 4.5 inches display and you guy's will see how will be popular this phone even between iPhone fans and all Android fans start to buy Nokia again.

It will giv... moreyou got to be kidding, i love nokia but symbian still way behind android and i would say belle looks good and maight be close to what ios offers, i have been watching all the belle videos and its good i think it just need to be a lil bit more fluid and work on the browser cause still kind of laggy but besides its a big step for the old and good symbian, hope its gets better with the next update cheers

Good!! This will be excellent for all Symbian users.
Maybe Nokia can think twice on killing Symbian and make it only for low-medium devices, premium can have WP7.
Let's see what's the future on Nokia
Even for me I wan an E7 or N8 for an spare phone this will make me an believer on a more stable N8/E8 Phone.

We simply love nokia... whats so wrong with that? why all the hating over and over about nokia and its Os. If u dont like it,simply ignore news about nokia and move on, yet the hater comments keep coming in, get a life.

Great. Nokia finally caught up to the rest of Android and iOS.
A little too late though.
And then within few months time, iPhone 5 and ICS will be announced and Nokia will be forgotten.
