Weekly poll: is the Huawei P20 Pro the flagship you wanted?

01 April 2018
The rumors didn't disappoint - there's a 40MP phone camera on the market after years of absence. But is it all good?

Yes, the Huawei P20 pro is my phone of the year. It looks so amazing and offers much more. Great staff. But I am waiting for the price to drop so I can buy one. I love this phone so much. The battery is the best among the 2018 flagship so far and you can hide the notch. Very smart move. I love Huawei. Thank you.

      L337, 05 Apr 2018*cough* Nokia 808 Pureview *cough*“on the market”

None, except Porshe design, looks great and has unique features, I think one of the rare smarthpone breed which can justify it's price, it will get more valuable with age too.

Not in a million years, I'll wait till Nokia get back up to speed and get back on the 1020 replacement. Huawei software blows, last years chipset which wasnt even the fastest then, no expandable storage and a horrid looking chin. Pass.

The name of the poll is "Is the the Huawei P20 Pro the flagship you wanted?"

Whereas rhe question in the poll options is "Which Huawei P20 phone is your favorite?" (Meaning there is no option for an answer in 'yes' or 'no'.)

GSMArena please figure out how the two are Completely Different Questions. And why you must not try and mislead customers by asking one question and arriving at a different conclusion.

I was in love with the P20 Pro (even though it lacked a headphone jack). The battery life and camera look absolutely superb. However, the lack of expandable storage is absolutely insane, especially with such a good camera. My S8 which I don't even game on has 64GB internal and 128GB microSD, and I'm constantly having to delete files.

Having played about with the Mate 20 Pro, can confirm, the build quality and feelof the device is of excellent quality. Seems very similar to the feel and quality of the iPhone X, but with a smaller notch. The camera is absolutely superb. Video playback is stunning. The skin however isn't that great. If this phone had stock android, would have been even better. Would I swap my iPhone X for the P20 Pro? ABSOLUTELY. Cheaper, bigger screen, more memory, and FREE Bose headphones!

Mate RS Porsche Design would have been a hot seller if it came with a free 918 Spyder (and not those scale models)

Even thou they aren't perfect I like Huawei smartphones, and as software goes it's the first time in years when I am actually pleased with it (after Samsung, Sony, HTC, LG software disappointed me).
The only smartphones that I would like over Huawei are Google Pixel phones (but they don't have dual sim variants and I can't be without dual sim due to my work).

Huawei software is trash... no thanks .

No amount of camera improvement can make huawei reliable.

3 cameras and all of them bad? Sorry, disappointment.

I didn't vote because I don't want any of them, too expensive. I'm not so into photography that I'd pay through the nose just for a superior camera. I'm generally happy with mid-range phones anyway. I don't need to have the latest and greatest just for bragging rights.

3 Cameras... If one ultra wide, one normal wide and one telephoto would be perfect.
