Dilmeet, 02 Apr 2018The meaning of poor isn't that uni-dimensional my friendyes i know. My point was that phones are so much cheaper in US compared to india, so there are bound to be cheaper brands to fill the void. Besides, if contract system was to be implemented here, majority of people would still prefer what they need unlike in US where even a waiter in McD has iphone x

I hope they put SD 670, keep the headphone jack, front facing stereo speakers, and keep the price around INR 30000.

We might not have as many models of a smartphone from top OEMs as compared to the number of random brands exploiting our market with any means possible. People trolling you for poor made the best assumption of poor and here we go.

The pixel 2 phones were mid range phones, with top end cameras. The 2 had a heavily dated design, poor battery, no headphone jack nor wireless charging. The 2xl had a decent sized battery, but appalling screen, no jack, no wireless charging. I seem to think their video audio was mon... Could be wrong on that. The pricing was way out for what they offered.

Isn't an affordable pixel a Nexus?? Lol, looking forward to a mid-range Pixel - maybe Snapdragon 600 series? Any chance of selling it to the rest of the world Google?

The problem is not that Indians cannot afford Pixels. Bringing another so called affordable Pixel will not solve that.
