      redmi 4a (6thousand mobile) released with marshmallow and updated to nougat

      Mi A1 released with nougat and updated to oreo. (they are working to bring oreo 8.1 along with project treble support)

        merwyn doesnt know. xiaomi provide atleast one major android update to their midrange mobile (price bracket less than 15k)

        merwyn doesnt know xiaomi is the only company to give SD636 powered mobile for 14k (SD636 is little brother of SD660 just frequency is different)

        merwyn still living in stone age bashing xiaomi and thier quality product.. i wish he should come back to 2018 and see how world has been changed

I was sure that Google was not happy to support that business model and look what happen after all.

I can minimally understand for the G Play, but unfortunatly, I think the J3 Prime will have a longer support. I take for example the Z2x that only have the December patch and no ETA for Oreo yet despite stock-like UI, while the J3P has February patch and an ETA and confirmation for Oreo.

                            Samsung , LG , HTC don't even care about updates for their lower end and midrange phomes. atleast be happy that Motorola is giving you one Guaranteed update.
