12 April 2018
The Snapdragon 710 is a rebranded 670. The two phones are mostly the same, aside from the notched screen on one of them.

Could be the Mi Note 4 maybe? Mi Note series is always a alternative device with great cameras compared to Mi Mix and Mi series but with mid-range chipset (except Mi Note 2). If it is Mi Note 4, see me being excited because Mi Note series is one of the series's from Xiaomi to provide all-rounded phones apart from Redmi Note's and Mi's.

Battery drain ? Nice joke!

              OLED? Take my money

This maybe quite off-the-topic , but the codename of one of 2 Xiaomi phones , especially the Xiaomi "Sirius" one , does reminds me again of the codename development of and for Xperia "Sirius" that became one of most beloved Sony Xperia ever , the Xperia Z2 (not Xperia XZ2 , which's CN as : Akari) back in 2014 .

BTW , hope those 2 upcoming Xiaomi with those codename impressed the user who wants it and the market , as Xiaomi known for the jargon "Low price , competitive and high-end specs" since the early days . The only blunder of both upcoming devices , which has been staple since then on their midrangers and low-entry , lack of NFC , one of key features in western world for simpling things-out .

Without NFC bad future in western countries. Less if those are chinese versions and differ of the Global one. Are these phones part of a new serie? Mi, Mi Note and Mi Mix series all have NFC. So it's strange... because only mid range and lower series don't have NFC.

With Xiaomi even Global not always means the same in each phone. The Redmi Note 4 Global has LTE B20, the Mi 6 Global is related only to the international firmware... and doesn't has B20 and other bands. They seem to like to muddle everything and confuse customers.

The start of an AI series could be the opportunity for Qualcomm to clean up their naming. They could just erase the 400 series and use the 600 series as the new 500 series, with the 650 series being the new 700 and the 800 being 900. They could also delete the 200 series and bringing everything else down, so the 400 is 300, and 600 is 500. They could also keep the 200 series as the 100 series then. But as far as I know Qualcomm, they won't give a f*ck and just keep messing up their naming.
