The Nokia N-series, the Google Nexus, the Sony Walkmans. Those models were successful and can be again.

I missed my Symbian phones. They are so power efficient and good.

I wish OEMs brought back the design language implemented in Nokia Lumia phones; they were solid, well crafted engineering marvel. Win 8.1 phones were quite stable and power efficient too. Hope to see phones like that again!

Nokia had a lot of pretty designs. Indeed, Nokia N8 and E7 are great in design. They really look cool, premium, and business-like. I'd like to see the rebirth of XpressMusic and N-series, if there'd be any chance. Would like to see N95, N96, or N97 being modernized.

Then, Sony Ericsson also had fantastic designs. I liked SE Satio's design. W995 or something was also good. However without Ericsson it would never be the same.

It would be interesting to have clamshell and slider phones again instead of the usual candybar slab.

I have a N8 and I love it. It was an awesome phone.
I have a Nexus 5, and I really liked it. The camera was really great, and specs too. For me the 2gb ram and 32gb of storage were the reasons to upgrade after nearly 4 years.
The Galaxy Alpha is still one of my dream phones.
I have my brother's 1+1 which is nearly a Find 7 and it was a great piece of hardware.
I also have a Razr MaXX, and I miss it's superb battery life.

Obviously an Alpha 2 with the following specs:
              SD845/E9810
              6GB RAM. (LPDDR4X@1866MHz)
              128GB storage UFS2.1
4.7inch FHD Scalable to HD. KEEPING IT AT 16:9 PLEASE!!
80% StB ratio with UD FPS.
The same thin and light build. Unibody build.
Memory Expansion, and for those who want DS, dedicated slot for SD card And dual sim.
              Good Edurance with 2950mAh battery.
              Rear dual cam!
And lastly. Keeping the headphone jack. With IP68 protection.
Radio and IR blaster are welcome bonus. But I don't mind if it's non existent.

Those were days. I wish I still had my Nokia 808 and Nokia N8. Loved them during their times. The E7 was a great landscape Qwerty design, the absolute best in my opinion. I prefer large screen with potrait keyboard and the only phone which has a large screen of 5.4 inches with a portrait slide out keyboard is the BlackBerry Priv which is one of my favourite phones of all times, despite its flaws. Should've been included in the list.. I wish OEMs would re launch these phones or better yet, launch their successors while keeping the design language and defining features intact.

I can't forget my nokia e7 one of the best phone ever I use
