Motorola Moto G6 Plus spotted on GeekBench, rocking a Snapdragon 660 chipset

14 April 2018
The results don't quite add up, but up until now, the handset was though to utilize the less powerful Snapdragon 630.

This is not Snapdragon 660. This is Snapdragon 630. I have X4, the geekbench database recognize the X4's motherboard as sdm660..... And the test numbers in this range.

Anonymous, 14 Apr 2018Single 866? Definitely not an A73 powered chipset866 single is nothing impressive, a SD625 scores higher, so is this really a SD660?
A SD660 should score over 1400 in single, your next phone, eh?

Just look at the score and stop using this misleading title. It's a 625 or 630.

Too big and poor result for a 660. Are they still using the old 32 bit kernel core today?

And Motorola is one of the most liers in security patch updating. They as others OEMs do, release FALSE security patchs. A scandal:

                                    https://www.wired.com/story/android-phones-hide-missed-security-updates-from-you/

Hm, that's interesting because the Nokia 7 Plus also have the same chip. I noticed the GeekBench score is way higher on the Nokia 7 Plus than the G6 Plus.

If it is really 660 then it makes the Moto G6 Plus more interesting for me (considering the price in my country)
