Still waiting for that Nokia phone with a camera that will compete with the likes of the Samsung Galaxy S9+, Google Pixel 2 and now Huawei P20 pro for best Cameraphone and then I'll be back on the Nokia Wagon.

I've read that 8.1 has started rolling out for the device, any way you could perhaps wait for that or do a comparison?

Snapdragon 660 is just as powerful (better CPU actually, but worse GPU) and is more power efficient, since it's on the newer 10nm process. And Nokia already proved (with Nokia 8) that their LCD screens can be as good as AMOLED.
The only question here is, if the camera has really improved over Nokia 8, because it was miserable at most.

Too expensive. My 2 year old oneplus 3 has Amoled screen, better processor, more ram and lower battery but faster charging - same price but 2 years older.

An excellent all-rounder. Camera is not on 808 standard (which is understandable) but fully on pair with modern flagships. Night scenes are pretty detailed on Nokia 7 Plus even on ISO 500. Here are S9/9+ samples for comparison:

Runs an inefficient and resource draining OS, therefore for me it's a no go. Wish they would have teamed with Jolla to give us a true alternative to ios.

I am eagerly waiting for the full review and if Anji does the video review as usual (with humorous sarcasm) it would be really fun to watch it. Hope the color calibration on 7 plus would be accurate.

It is just right in so many ways. Good balance, timeless, quality Euro look. 660 is a great chip too.
